Fuel system parts: fuel injection pumps, injectors and injector nozzles, fuel lift pumps, fuel pipes and hoses, fuel tanks and caps, fuel shut-off valves, pressure control valves and sensors. Most of the range is for JCB machines; some parts are also used on CAT, Case, New Holland, Hidromek and MST machines.
Selecting by engine code
Fuel system parts depend on the engine version more than on the machine model. Codes such as SB, AK or RG in the product names show which engine version a part is for; check the code and serial number on the engine plate. For JCB Dieselmax pumps the engine output (for example 55, 68, 74 or 85 kW) is also given in the product name. Other engine parts are in the engine parts section.
Pumps and injectors
Besides pumps, the fuel injection pumps subcategory contains pump drive gears, injector caps and sleeves, copper washers, clamps and pump pullers; the key detail when choosing a pump is the part number on its plate. Mechanical and electric fuel lift pumps, lift pump pushrods and a fitting kit have their own subcategory.
Injectors are split into two groups: construction machinery fuel injectors are selected by engine code, and automotive fuel injectors by the code on the nozzle body (for example codes starting with DLLA).
Pipes, tanks, valves and sensors
The fuel pipes and hoses section covers pipes between the pump and the filter, return line caps and quick-release adapters, while fuel tanks holds plastic tanks and metal and plastic tank caps. Fuel shut-off valves (solenoids) that stop the engine, pressure control valves, rail pressure and fuel temperature sensors are in sensors and valves. When choosing a fuel level sensor, compare the number of mounting bolts (5 or 6) and wires (2 or 3). Fuel filters are in the filters section.
Original and aftermarket parts
The category combines original JCB parts, original and OEM parts made by Delphi, and aftermarket parts.
Among items with a stated production type: original — 66, OEM — 39, aftermarket — 133. When you use «Request price», add the part number, engine code and chassis number (VIN). A photo of the pump or injector plate helps identify the right part.
