Exhaust manifold 320/06000 is a genuine JCB part for the JCB Dieselmax 444 engine. The card also lists 320/06265.

The exhaust manifold collects gas from the four cylinders and leads it to the turbocharger, which bolts to its flange. The cast iron manifold can crack or its flanges can warp from heat cycles; the result is an exhaust leak, lower boost and exhaust smell in the engine bay. Manifold cracks usually form in the thin sections between the cylinder outlets and at the flange edges. A ticking heard on a cold engine that fades as it warms up is a typical sign of a leaking manifold gasket. When the manifold is replaced, check the turbo flange and studs as well. The manifold is cast iron. The manifold has four outlets, one per cylinder.
