For the JCB Dieselmax 444 engine: exhaust manifold 320/06000, an aftermarket part. The card also lists 320/06265.

The manifold is fixed to the head with gaskets and studs; the flange faces must be flat. A cracked manifold cannot be repaired reliably by welding and must be replaced. On turbo engines the manifold is designed around the turbo flange position. Manifold cracks usually form in the thin sections between the cylinder outlets and at the flange edges. A ticking heard on a cold engine that fades as it warms up is a typical sign of a leaking manifold gasket. When the manifold is replaced, check the turbo flange and studs as well. The manifold is cast iron. The manifold has four outlets, one per cylinder.

Fitting
