For the JCB JS crawler excavators: pin dust seal KHV0098, an aftermarket part. This is a pin joint dust seal of a JS excavator.
A pin seal is chosen by pin diameter and by the outside diameter and width of its seat, so different joints on one machine use different seals. It is usually renewed along with the pin and bush, but in a joint where only the seal is damaged it can be replaced on its own. After the change, grease the joint until clean grease comes out.

Compatibility
According to sources, KHV0098 is a dust seal protecting the boom joint pin and bush on JCB JS excavators (JS130, JS200 and others). Other parts are in Seals and oil seals.
Fitting
Clean the seat and press the seal in with its lip facing outwards, towards the dirt. When fitting the pin, make sure the seal lip does not fold over and lightly grease the pin end. After assembly, grease the joint and check the seal again after a few hours of work.
