Injector O-ring 320/A7633 is an aftermarket part for the JCB machines. This is the O-ring of the injector body.
The seals and rings of the leak-off (return) line harden over time, especially in a hot engine bay, and fuel seeping from here collects on the engine and increases the fire risk. These small parts are always replaced as a set when the injectors are serviced.

Fitting
On assembly, clean the injector well, wet the O-rings with clean engine oil and tighten the injector to the specified torque. Bleed the fuel system before starting, then check for gas or fuel leaks around the injector. Dirt or bits of the old seal left in the injector well stop the new seal seating, so the well is carefully cleaned with a vacuum or a clean cloth before the injector goes in. New seals are taken out of their packaging just before fitting.
