High pressure ball valve KHM-G11/2-1112-09X-A is a genuine HYDAC product for the hydraulic systems.

KHM series valves are HYDAC ball valves working on the same principle for larger flow sections. Large valves sit in return and suction lines, at tank outlets and in high-flow circuits. A valve at the tank outlet lets you shut the line to change a pump or filter without draining the tank, but before starting the machine always check that it is fully open, or the pump runs dry and is soon damaged. That is why the lever position matters, and some installations use a lockable lever. The valve is chosen by the thread size in its code. The valve has no flow direction and shuts off pressure from either side. When replacing it, compare the thread size and connection type of the old valve with the new one using the code.

Fitting

Before fitting, clean the threads and use suitable sealing elements. Tighten the valve by holding the hexagons on its body; after fitting the lever, check that it opens and closes and look for leaks under pressure.
