Fuel pre-filter (water separator) 32/925694 is a genuine JCB part for the JCB 3CX and 4CX backhoe loaders.

The pre-filter element is the first stage of fuel system protection: it traps coarse dirt, rust and water from the tank and stops the fine main filter clogging quickly. Because the pre-filter and main filter work together, both are usually changed at the same service. Sediment or water in the pre-filter bowl may show that the fuel tank also needs cleaning. After changing the element, bleed the fuel system and run the engine at idle to check for leaks.
