Camshaft bush 02/192094 is an aftermarket part for the Perkins 1000 series (AK) engine. The card also lists 904-059, 31134165.
The camshaft bush is the plain bearing the front camshaft journal runs in, pressed into the block. When it wears, clearance grows, oil pressure can drop and the gear train gets noisy. Its oil hole must line up with the gallery in the block; a misaligned hole starves the journal. The camshaft sets the valve timing and is driven from the crankshaft through the gear train; its front journal also carries the gear load, so the bush there is the most heavily loaded bearing. A worn bush causes shaft run-out, changes the gear backlash and makes the gear train noisy. The bush is pressure-lubricated, and dirty or old oil shortens its life. It is usually changed at an overhaul with the camshaft out.
