Flexible coupling (Centaflex) 2019608 is an aftermarket part for the construction machines.
A flexible coupling is a connection with a rubber element between the engine flywheel and the hydraulic pump or gearbox input. The rubber element damps the engine's torsional vibration, takes up small misalignments and softens shock loads, protecting the shafts and bearings of the pump and gearbox. A coupling whose rubber is cracked, hardened or separated from the metal causes rattling at idle, vibration and eventually complete loss of drive. The coupling is chosen by part number according to its size and mounting dimensions, and different sizes in the same series are not interchangeable.

Compatibility
According to the product card, 2019608 is a flexible coupling. Fit is confirmed by the part number. Other parts are in Transmission.
Fitting
The coupling is changed once the pump or gearbox is separated from the engine. Clean the flywheel face and hub splines, fit the new coupling the right way round and tighten the bolts in a cross pattern to the specified torque, with thread locker if required. Do not let the weight of the pump or gearbox hang on the coupling while refitting, and keep the shafts aligned. After assembly, run the engine and check for vibration and noise.
