Injection pump O-ring 320/06519 JCB 444, aftermarket

For the machines with the JCB Dieselmax 444 engine: injection pump O-ring 320/06519, an aftermarket part. This ring is used on the fuel injection pump.

A ring is defined by inside diameter, cross-section and material, and even rings that look alike can differ in hardness or material. Fitting

On assembly, clean the groove and mating face, wet the ring with the working fluid or suitable grease and seat it without twisting. Protect the ring as it passes sharp edges and threads, tighten the joint to the specified torque and check for leaks under pressure. Spare rings are stored somewhere cool and dark, since rubber in sunlight cracks at the surface. Before fitting, inspect the ring for cracks and cuts.
