For the JCB 3CX and 4CX backhoe loaders: hydraulic pump gasket 813/10184, an aftermarket part.

The gasket's shape and hole pattern match the pump flange, and it is used on pumps with a two-bolt SAE B flange. A new gasket at each pump change prevents leaks around the flange and dirt reaching the drive coupling. The aftermarket gasket has the same shape and thickness as the original and is supplied new. Renewing it with the pump prevents leaks around the flange. Keep the gasket flat in transit. Its size is defined by the part number and it is compared with the old gasket.

On JCB 3CX and 4CX backhoe loaders with a gear pump, the working pressure of the hydraulic system is limited by the main relief valve in the loader valve: 236–241 bar on machines up to serial number 964124 and 248–252 bar on machines from serial number 964125 (standard and high-pressure hydraulics). It is checked with a 0–400 bar pressure gauge connected to the loader valve test point, with the engine at 1500 rev/min and the oil warmed to 50 °C.
