Fitting

Change the nozzle on a clean bench: clamp the injector body in a vice with soft jaws, undo the nozzle nut and wash the parts in clean fuel. Rinse the protective oil off the new nozzle with clean fuel, fit it and tighten the nozzle nut to the specified torque. Then check the injector on a tester for opening pressure, tightness and spray pattern. All the nozzles on an engine are usually changed at the same time.
