Circlip 65 mm 821/00419 is an aftermarket part for the JCB machines. According to the product card, this part is a circlip, size 65 mm.

Fit the circlip with suitable circlip pliers and open it only as far as needed to reach the groove, as an over-opened circlip is permanently deformed. After fitting, turn the circlip to check that it is fully seated in the groove. On circlips with a sharp edge, the flat face goes towards the side the load comes from. The groove itself is checked too, as even a new circlip will not stay in a worn or burred groove.
