Oil cooler 02/203005 is an aftermarket part for the Perkins engine. The card also lists 20000-14542, 4134W025.

The oil cooler transfers heat from the engine oil to the coolant and limits oil temperature under heavy load. It is a plate-type heat exchanger that may be combined with the oil filter mounting or the block side cover. An internal leak mixes oil and coolant: an oily film in the radiator, emulsion in the oil and coolant loss. As the signs resemble a head gasket failure, the cooler is pressure-tested. The cooler's internal passages are narrow and can clog with debris after an engine failure; replacement rather than cleaning is then advised. After replacing the cooler, watch the oil pressure and temperature during the first working hours. The cooler is supplied new. The cooler works under oil pressure.
