Turbo oil pipe 02/912513 is a genuine JCB part for the JCB JS excavators.

Turbo oil pipes lubricate the turbo bearings: the feed pipe brings pressurised oil from the main gallery and the drain pipe returns oil to the sump by gravity. A dented, blocked or cracked pipe starves the bearings or lets oil back up in the turbo, and either soon ruins it. The feed pipe is thin and pressurised, with banjo or union fittings and washers. The drain pipe is wider and laid on a slope so oil can flow freely; its flange bolts under the turbo and its lower end to the return port on the block or sump. The support clips must be in place so the pipes do not crack from vibration. A large share of turbo failures come straight from lubrication problems. The part is made of steel. The part is supplied new. The fitting thread must be clean. The pipe is supplied new.
