Cartridge solenoid valve 12 V (IND) 332/Y8064 is an aftermarket part for the JCB machines.

According to sources, 332/Y8064 is a cartridge valve with a 12 V coil used on JCB machines; the product card lists it as the front axle drive solenoid for India-built (IND) machines. The cartridge screws into its cavity, sealed by the O-rings on its body, and its coil pulls in the plunger to open the oil path when energised. Lubricate the cartridge O-rings with clean oil before fitting and tighten to the specified torque. After the change, test the function and check for leaks.

Fitting

Before the change, switch off the ignition and disconnect the battery negative if needed. Remove the connector by pressing its latch, never by pulling the wires. After fitting the new part, push the clean, dry connector fully home and check that the latch has clicked into place. After reconnecting the battery, check the function and the instrument panel. The part comes new; before fitting, compare its part number, voltage and connection type with the old part. After the change, check the function and the warnings on the instrument panel; the connections must be clean, dry and tight.
