For the JCB machines: pressure sender 701/80452, an aftermarket part.
Pressure senders differ in switching pressure, thread size and connector type, and a sender with another switching pressure triggers the warning at the wrong time, so it is chosen by part number. The sender body has a hexagon, and it is tightened by the hexagon, not the body, to the specified torque. Use a suitable seal on the thread, but do not coat the whole thread in sealant, since some senders take their earth through the body. In systems with a warning lamp, the sender works like a switch: its contacts are open at normal pressure and close when pressure drops, lighting the lamp. With the ignition on before the engine is started, the oil pressure lamp should light, which proves its circuit. If the lamp does not light at that point, check the bulb, wiring or sender. In systems with a gauge, the sender's resistance changes with pressure and the gauge needle shows this as a pressure value.

Compatibility
The label of the sender in the photo shows the number 701/80452 and a 5 bar (rising) switching point. Other parts are in Sensors.
Fitting
After fitting, secure the harness with ties so it does not touch moving parts or hot surfaces, since a chafed wire loses its insulation and causes a short circuit.
