Rear fog lamp lens 700/50075 is an aftermarket part for the JCB machines.

This part is the red lens listed in the product card as 700/50075, the rear fog lamp lens. A rear fog lamp makes the machine visible from behind in fog or dust and is brighter than the tail light. The lens pattern concentrates the light rearward. It is screwed to the lamp body, and the seal keeps water out. The lens is chosen by part number. The lens comes new, and the fog lamp bulb is checked at the same time.

Fitting

After the change, switch the lamp on to check the light is even; the lens comes new. The part comes new; before fitting, compare its part number, voltage and connection type with the old part. After the change, check the function and the warnings on the instrument panel; the connections must be clean, dry and tight.

JCB 3CX and 4CX wiring diagrams before and after May 2009: sheets and component keys

Section C of the JCB service manual (publication 9803/3290-15) gives the JCB 3CX and 4CX backhoe loader wiring diagram in two versions: one for machines built up to May 2009 with analogue instruments and one for machines from May 2009 with the digital instrument panel. On the earlier machines the main machine circuit takes two sheets, with separate circuits for the gearboxes and options; the later circuit runs to 15 sheets. Below are the main sheets, the component keys and a guide to reading wire numbers.
