For the construction machines: twin-fan heater blower motor, an aftermarket part. The photo shows a heater motor with two fans in scroll housings. The card gives no part number; match it to the old part by mounting, fan diameter and connector.
Dust and moisture shorten a blower motor's life the most: a clogged cab filter overloads the motor, and without a filter dust reaches the bearings and brushes. The cab filter is therefore cleaned or replaced at service. Dust built up on the fan wheel causes imbalance and vibration, so clean or, if needed, renew the wheel when changing the motor. The motor shaft and wheel fitting must match the old motor. A constant squeal is the first sign of bearing wear, and if ignored the motor can seize and blow the fuse. The motor sits in the heater unit housing inside the cab, so panels or covers may need removing to change it.

Compatibility
The card gives no original part number. Fit is confirmed by the dimensions and machine model. Other parts are in Electric motors.
Fitting
Before the change, switch off the ignition and disconnect the battery negative. Unplug the motor, undo its fixing screws and lift it out. Fit the new motor in the same position, tighten the screws evenly and push the connector home until it locks. After reconnecting the battery, run the motor at every setting and check there is no noise or vibration.
