Radiator hose, lower 332/C6434 is an aftermarket part for the JCB 3CX and 4CX backhoe loaders. According to the product card, this is the lower radiator hose.

Check the hoses at every service by squeezing them by hand: a softened, swollen, cracked or hardened hose should be replaced before it bursts. In air hoses even a small crack lets dust into the turbocharger and wears the engine rapidly. Pieces breaking away from the inside of coolant hoses can block the radiator. When one hose is replaced, the neighbouring hoses are checked too, since they are the same age and one bursting can mean the others will soon follow.

Fitting

Before changing a coolant hose, let the engine cool and drain the coolant; for air hoses, stop the engine. Slacken the old clamps and remove the hose without straining the pipes. Clean the pipe ends, push the new hose fully home and tighten new clamps positioned behind the beads. Fill and bleed the cooling system, run the engine and check for leaks, then retighten the clamps after the first warm-up. After air hoses are fitted, check the joints for air leaks with the engine running.
