Stabiliser lower wear pad 3519713M1 is an aftermarket part for the Terex backhoe loaders. According to the product card, this part is a stabiliser lower wear pad.

In telescopic stabilisers and telescopic booms, the inner section slides inside the outer one on wear pads (slides). Plastic or textolite pads prevent metal-to-metal contact, take up the clearance between the sections and make the movement smooth and quiet. When the pads wear, the leg or boom becomes loose in its housing, the machine rocks while digging and the metal surfaces start to wear each other. When the pads are changed, scores and burrs on the inner section are removed too, as a rough surface soon wears out new pads. All the pads in a set are chosen in the same material, so that they wear evenly. Spare pads are stored in a dry place out of direct sunlight, as plastics can harden with age.

Fitting
