F5 breaker cylinder bolt 570 mm DF05B-0080 is an aftermarket part for the Delta hydraulic breakers. According to the product card, this part is a breaker cylinder bolt for the F5 breaker.

The front head, cylinder and back head of a breaker are held together by long through bolts (side rods), and the side plates and housing are fixed with separate bolts. These bolts take heavy tensile loads with every blow. A loose through bolt lets the body parts move, causes oil leaks and finally breaks. The torque of the through bolts is therefore checked regularly.

Fitting

Before working on the breaker, stop the machine, release the hydraulic pressure and lower the breaker to the ground in a stable position. After fitting the part, tighten the bolts to the specified torque, grease the tool bush and test the breaker briefly under light load.
