60x1.0 mm pin shim washer 819/00143 is an aftermarket part for the JCB machines. According to the product card, this part is a pin shim washer, size 60x1.0 mm.

Joint play is checked during routine servicing of the machine, and removing it early extends the life of pins and bushes. Where possible, the shims are divided equally between both sides so that the clearance does not collect on one side. After assembly the joint is greased and checked for binding through its full range of movement. The total thickness of the shim pack is measured again before the pin is refitted.
