Bush seal 813/10275 is an aftermarket part for the JCB JS crawler excavators. According to the product card, this is a bush seal of a JS excavator.

A seal stops fluid, air or vacuum escaping through the joint between two parts and keeps dirt out. It is made of a flexible material such as rubber or polyurethane and is compressed on assembly to close the joint. Over time heat, pressure and the environment harden, wear or crack it, and leaks, loss of pressure or vacuum and poor operation of the unit it serves follow.
