Unloader valve repair kit 25/974636 is an aftermarket part for the JCB 3CX and 4CX backhoe loaders. This kit is for the unloader valve assembly.

The valve is the heart of the hydraulic system, and even the smallest speck of dirt can make a spool stick. Fitting

Before the repair, lower the attachments, stop the engine and work the levers to release the pressure. Clean the valve outside and note the order and orientation of the parts as you strip it. Fit the new seals wetted with clean hydraulic oil, slide the spools into the body without force and tighten the cover bolts to the specified torque. After assembly, try all functions and check for leaks. After the repair, move the levers fully in every direction a few times to purge air and check that the spools return to neutral by themselves.
