Loader arm stop beam pin 811/90473 is an aftermarket pin for JCB 3CX, 4CX, 5CX backhoe loaders; diameter 59.9 mm, length 247 mm. The card also lists 811/10111.

The pin lets two parts turn against each other and forms a plain bearing together with its bushing. Its life depends largely on regular greasing through the grease nipple. Scoring, a step or ovality on the pin, visible play in the joint and grease that does not come through when the nipple is pumped all show the pin needs replacing.

The pin is for the loader arm stop beam joint on JCB 3CX, 4CX, 5CX backhoe loaders. Select it by part number 811/90473 (811/10111) and dimensions; measuring the old pin's diameter and length with a caliper avoids mistakes. Other pins are in JCB CX series pins.

Fitting

When replacing the pin, measure the bushing bore and, if it is worn, fit a new one from the JCB CX bushings. Grease the pin and bushing before assembly, refit the retaining bolt or lock pin and pump the grease nipple until grease comes through.
