Red RTV silicone sealant, 100 g is an aftermarket product for the construction machines. RTV means a silicone that cures with moisture in the air at room temperature. Pack: tube.

Liquid gaskets and sealants fill the gap between two flat surfaces and stop oil, water and coolant leaks. Silicone (RTV) sealants cure with moisture in the air to form a flexible gasket and are used instead of, or together with, a cut gasket on sumps, covers and thermostat housings. Colour is often taken to indicate heat and oil resistance, but the actual properties are given on the pack. The sealant is chosen for the joint's working temperature and the fluid it contacts.

Use
