RUSTECH HLP 32 hydraulic oil, 20 l is an aftermarket product for the construction machines. HLP 32 is an anti-wear hydraulic oil of the DIN 51524-2 type with ISO VG 32 viscosity at 40 °C. Pack: can.

The hydraulic oil change interval is given in the operator manual in hours and is shortened on machines working with a breaker or other heavy attachments. The return and suction filters and the tank breather are replaced with the oil. After the change, run the system at low speed, move the cylinders through their full stroke several times to purge the air, and check the level again with the arms in the position the manual specifies. Cans and drums are stored on their side or under cover so that water cannot get in.

For the hydraulic system of JCB 3CX and 4CX backhoe loaders, the JCB service manual recommends ISO VG32 oil — JCB Hydraulic Fluid HP32 — at air temperatures below +38 °C. The more viscous ISO VG46, JCB High Performance Hydraulic Oil, is for air temperatures above +38 °C only. Machines with Advanced EasyControl joysticks need a separate all-season HV class oil, JCB Multigrade Anti Shear. The hydraulic system holds approximately 130 litres. The oil is changed every 2000 hours and the filter at every 500-hour service.

How to Check the Oil Levels on a JCB 3CX / 4CX: Hydraulics, Engine, Gearbox and Axles
