For the construction machines: multipurpose HT 2 high-temperature grease, 390 g, an aftermarket product. According to the product card, this is a heat-resistant extreme-pressure grease. Pack: cartridge.

Grease is chosen for the lubrication point and to the recommendation in the operator manual. Lithium EP2 greases are usual for pins and bushes; greases with graphite or molybdenum disulphide for breaker tools and points under heavy shock; and heat-resistant greases for bearings running hot. Greases with different thickeners can lose their consistency when mixed, so when the type is changed at a point the old grease is pushed out completely with the new one.

Use

Remove the caps before fitting the cartridge in the grease gun and bleed the air from the gun. Pump grease through clean nipples until the old grease comes out, and wipe off the excess.
