LUBRISET blue multipurpose grease, 420 g is an aftermarket product for the construction machines. According to the product card, this is a multipurpose grease for pins, bushes and bearings. Pack: cartridge.

Grease is a semi-solid lubricant in which a base oil is held by a thickener, most often a lithium or lithium complex soap. It stays where a liquid oil would run away, in pivot pins, bushes, bearings and universal joints, lubricating the rubbing surfaces and keeping dirt and water out. The EP marking shows extreme-pressure additives that prevent metal-to-metal contact under high load, and NLGI 2 is the most common medium consistency. On machines the bucket and dipper pins are greased every day, so grease is one of the most heavily used materials.

Use

Remove the caps before fitting the cartridge in the grease gun and bleed the air from the gun. Pump grease through clean nipples until the old grease comes out, and wipe off the excess.
