Axial piston hydraulic motor 3707310 is a genuine Parker product for the hydraulic systems. The card also lists F11-010-HU-CV-K-000-0000-00.

Parker F11 and F12 series units are bent-axis, fixed-displacement axial piston machines; the same design works as a hydraulic motor or a pump. The pistons run in a cylinder block set at an angle to the shaft, giving high efficiency, high speed and high working pressure. The number in the model code shows the displacement (F12-030, for example, is about 30 cm³/rev), and the rest of the code defines the shaft, mounting flange, port layout and direction of rotation. The unit is therefore chosen by its full model code: one with the same displacement but a different shaft or flange will not fit. A worn unit loses efficiency, runs hot, passes excess oil to the drain line and gets noisy. The unit's shaft seal withstands only limited case pressure; if the drain line blocks, case pressure rises and the shaft seal starts to leak. Check the drain line size and route during the swap. The unit's label carries the model code and serial number, which are used when ordering. Keep the ports capped in transit.

Fitting

Before fitting, fill the housing with clean hydraulic oil through the drain port, since running dry soon ruins the bearings and pistons. The drain line must return freely to tank without back pressure. Make the connections with new seals; on first start run the unit for a few minutes at low speed and pressure, then check for leaks and temperature. Renew the system filters at the same time.
