Injector leak-off line 320/07192 is an aftermarket part for the machines with the JCB Dieselmax 444 engine.

The leak-off line collects the excess fuel coming out of the injectors and returns it to the tank or fuel filter. In operation, the injectors let some fuel through their internal clearances, and this fuel also cools and lubricates them. The line is made up of the fittings on the injectors, hoses or plastic pipes and blanking caps. A cracked line or aged seals cause fuel leaks on the engine, air getting in and hard starting, and fuel on the engine is also a fire risk. When the leak-off line is removed, the connection ends are capped. The plastic parts of the line harden over time from heat.

Fitting

Before the change, let the engine cool and clean around the injectors. Remove the old connections carefully without breaking the plastic clips. Seat the new line fully on each injector with its seals and clips, routing the hoses away from hot parts. After assembly, bleed the fuel system, run the engine and check every joint for leaks. After a day's work, check the connections a second time.
