Stud 02/802495 is an aftermarket part for the JCB machines.

A stud is a fastener threaded at both ends: one end screws into the housing and a nut goes on the other. On hot joints such as the exhaust and turbo, studs weaken from heat cycles, rust and snap, and a broken stud lets exhaust gas leak. The stud is steel, coated against corrosion for hot joints. To avoid snapping it on dismantling, soak it with penetrating oil first. Stud length and thread size are defined by the part number. The stud is steel and its two threaded ends may differ in length: the short end goes into the housing, the long one takes the nut.
