Cylinder head bolt 02/291235, M10 x 135 mm is an aftermarket part for the Perkins-engined JCB machines.

Compatibility

According to sources, bolt 02/291235 is listed for Perkins-engined 2CX, 3CX and 4CX backhoe loaders and Loadall telehandlers. The cylinder head uses bolts of different lengths; check the length against the old bolt. Other parts are in Perkins engine.

Fitting

Replace the bolts as a set, not one at a time. Follow the service manual order from the centre outwards and check the joint for leaks afterwards. Lightly oil the bolt threads before fitting. Tighten the bolts in sequence.
