Aftermarket gasket 813/10143 is for the vacuum pump flange on the Dieselmax engine. The photo shows a green two-bolt flange gasket.
A gasket seals the joint between two parts. When a removed pump or housing goes back on, the old gasket is not reused: it has been compressed, lost its elasticity and will leak. Traces of oil or coolant at the joint, drips and a falling level all show the gasket needs replacing.

Compatibility
The gasket is listed for the vacuum pump 160/15137 on JCB 3CX and 4CX machines. For comparison the genuine JCB gasket is also available; engine parts are in JCB Dieselmax engine.
Fitting
Clean the joint faces of old gasket and keep them dry; lay the new gasket with the bolt holes lined up and tighten the bolts evenly in a cross pattern. After assembly, run the engine and check the joint for leaks.
