Bushing 809/00093 JCB, 50x62x38 mm, genuine

Bushing 809/00093 is a genuine JCB bushing for general joints on JCB 3CX, 4CX, 5CX backhoe loaders: bore 50 mm, outside diameter 62 mm, length 38 mm.

Bushings take shock loads during digging and loading and need regular greasing. If the grease channel blocks or sand gets into the joint, the bushing ovalises quickly, and as play grows the pin and lug are damaged too. So a worn bushing is checked together with its pin, and both are replaced when needed.

Compatibility and selection

Fitting

Remove the old bushing with a puller or careful heating, then clean and measure the bore. Press the new bushing in square to its axis; if it has a grease hole, line it up with the channel in the lug. Then fit the pin and grease the joint; a worn pin can be chosen from the JCB CX pins.
