Radiator grille 128/11531 JCB, aftermarket

Radiator grille 128/11531 is an aftermarket part for the JCB machines. According to the product card, this part is a radiator grille.

The radiator grille covers the front of the cooling pack and stops large stones, branches and dirt from striking the radiator cores, while letting cooling air pass freely. A broken or bent grille leaves the radiator unprotected, and a stone can crush the cores, causing a leak and reducing airflow. A blocked grille makes the engine and hydraulic oil overheat. The grille is checked at every clean together with the radiator and oil cooler cores, as cracked or bent bars no longer protect them. On dusty sites, cleaning the grille every day is the simplest way to avoid overheating.
