HM360 breaker tool 903/04646 is an aftermarket part for the JCB hydraulic breakers. According to the product card, this part is a breaker tool for the HM360 breaker.

The tool (chisel or moil point) passes the piston's blow straight into the material and wears more than any other part. A moil point is used for breaking concrete and rock, a chisel for cutting asphalt and layered material. The tool slides in the bushes of the front head and is held by retaining pins. If the striking end of the tool mushrooms or its shank is loose in the bushes, impact energy is lost and the bushes and piston are damaged too. Burrs on the striking end of the tool are ground off.

Fitting

Before working on the breaker, stop the machine, release the hydraulic pressure and lower the breaker to the ground in a stable position. After fitting the part, tighten the bolts to the specified torque, grease the tool bush and test the breaker briefly under light load.
